About JUNI
JUNI is a federally funded startup factory and nonprofit organisation based in Berlin-Brandenburg. We support science-based spin-offs in Life Sciences, DeepTech, and GreenTech on their path to market. At our Campus Mitte in Berlin, we also operate a coworking space for startups, partners, and our own team.
Your mission
- Be the first point of contact for IT and operations questions from the team and our coworking tenants
- Set up, manage, and troubleshoot hardware, devices, AV equipment, and displays across meeting rooms and shared spaces
- Administer software platforms, accounts, and access systems (e.g. Google Workspace, coworking platform, access control, print management)
- Build and maintain workflow automations connecting our various tools
- Support website content updates
- Maintain our data platform, data hygiene, testing, and documentation
- Research and prepare comparison documents for tooling decisions
- Work with different colleagues to help them with their individual tech and operations needs
Your profile
- Currently enrolled at a university or Fachhochschule in Berlin or Brandenburg (computer science, business informatics, or similar — aptitude matters more to us than the specific degree)
- Comfortable across the full spectrum from cables and hardware to admin panels and APIs
- Structured, reliable, and able to context-switch between very different types of tasks
- Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow setup guides, and troubleshoot independently
- Enjoys helping people and doesn't mind being interrupted with questions
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Bonus: any prior IT support or sysadmin experience, even informal
